🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage proposal lifecycle from planning to submission
• Create compliance matrices and interpret FAR/DFARS requirements
• Lead Pink/Red/Gold team reviews
• Coordinate cross-functional proposal teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or engineering
• 5-10 years of proposal management experience
• Government contracting or aerospace industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
