You'll lead the design and execution of scalable revenue enablement programs for go-to-market teams in a fast-moving SaaS environment. Your work will directly influence revenue performance and customer experience. This high-visibility role partners with cross-functional leaders to translate business priorities into impactful training and enablement initiatives.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design, overhaul, and execute onboarding programs for all revenue-facing roles
- Develop and scale ongoing enablement programs for pipeline, lifecycle, and support
- Implement and reinforce sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Challenger
- Own end-to-end enablement roadmap aligned with business priorities and revenue goals
- Build, manage, and develop a growing enablement team
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in revenue enablement, sales training, or related GTM role in SaaS/B2B
- Prior experience in a sales or quota-carrying role
- Proven ability to design and scale structured enablement programs across multiple GTM functions
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar
