Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management or SaaS sales with quota-carrying role
  • Experience managing strategic customers and navigating large organizations
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to present to executive teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM
  • Knowledge of digital trends and mobile/web/email marketing

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage customer relationships, including expansion and renewals
  • Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization and value
  • Nurture and close account expansion deals (upsell, cross-sell, new business)
  • Coordinate resources to drive feature adoption and customer success
