Requirements
- 3+ years in Account Management or SaaS sales with quota-carrying role
- Experience managing strategic customers and navigating large organizations
- Strong presentation skills and ability to present to executive teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM
- Knowledge of digital trends and mobile/web/email marketing
Responsibilities
- Own and manage customer relationships, including expansion and renewals
- Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization and value
- Nurture and close account expansion deals (upsell, cross-sell, new business)
- Coordinate resources to drive feature adoption and customer success
- Proactively analyze product usage and identify growth opportunities
