You'll lead large, multi-year Finance Transformation programs for C-Suite clients, guiding them through finance strategy and operating model design. You'll drive innovation and operational excellence while serving on our leadership team to build our West Coast market presence. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead finance transformation projects from current state to implementation.
• Develop finance operating models aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee client accounts, manage work plans, staffing, and budgets.
• Mentor team members and contribute to talent acquisition.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of applicable consulting or CFO advisory experience.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Professional services background at a large accounting or advisory firm.
• ERP/EPM system selection, design, or implementation experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Target Operating Model (TOM) experience.
• Lean or Six-Sigma training or methodology.
• Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
