💼 About This Role

You'll design project-based learning experiences for K-5 students at a public charter school in San Diego. You'll foster a classroom environment where students feel belonging and grow as readers, writers, mathematicians, and scientists. This role offers no-cost after-care for staff children and free Teacher Induction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create daily lesson plans with project-based assignments
• Plan and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning
• Grade assignments and homework regularly
• Identify struggling students and connect them with resources

• Valid California Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential or out-of-state license
