You'll act as the critical connection between enterprise strategy and frontline execution, driving large-scale field initiatives and ensuring launches and operational priorities are implemented across geographically dispersed teams. You'll translate execution insights into actionable recommendations and collaborate with leadership to strengthen field readiness and operational consistency. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution for assigned Therapeutic Areas.
• Monitor execution effectiveness and assess field readiness.
• Translate execution insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with planning, enablement, and training teams.
• Identify operational risks and drive escalation strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial execution or field operations
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar industries preferred
• Proven ability to lead in matrixed environments
