You'll own the full proposal lifecycle for high-impact infrastructure projects, from strategy to final delivery. You'll collaborate with project managers across departments to craft compelling proposals and marketing materials. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend project strategy meetings and prepare advanced marketing materials
• Direct proposal and presentation development from scheduling to final production
• Collaborate with project managers to prepare proposals and presentations
• Write, edit, and QA/QC proposal content

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, PR, communications, marketing or related field
• 5+ years of marketing and/or proposal writing experience
• Experience in civil engineering or closely related field
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, WordPress

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with KYTC or State DOT proposals
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot
• Experience with document automation/AI tools like Joist.ai
