Requirements

• 4+ years in a similar role
• Bachelor's in Systems, Math, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science or related
• Intermediate English
• SQL proficiency for ETL and complex queries
• Data visualization with Looker or Tableau (2+ years)
• Python (Pandas) or R (dplyr) for data analysis
• Google Analytics (3+ years)
• Ecommerce and digital channels business knowledge

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Design and implement business-oriented interactive dashboards and reports
• Develop, automate, and monitor analysis and reporting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and efficient use
• Present findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and actionably
