You'll own core parts of Attio's product, working with engineering to design simple yet flexible systems. You'll deeply understand technical and user-facing implications to guide the roadmap for the next generation of the platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own core parts of the Attio product and contribute to overall product steering
• Work with engineering to design systems that are simple but flexible and durable
• Extend AI capabilities, evaluating where AI augments core workflows
• Anticipate long-term architectural needs and guide the roadmap

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience owning products or platforms in a world-class product
• Deep curiosity about how systems fit together
• Strong technical depth and systems thinking
• Excellent product instincts and ability to translate complex systems into simple experiences
