You'll join a small, high-velocity team building an AI-powered platform using Ruby on Rails. You will write elegant, testable code and mentor team members. This is a fully remote position with no visa sponsorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write elegant, efficient, and testable Ruby/TypeScript code
• Cover code with tests and perform manual testing of features
• Work on infrastructure collaborating with Infrastructure Engineers
• Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of web development experience with Ruby/Rails
• 5+ years of experience with SQL databases
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and automated testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of GraphQL and Kafka
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React
