You'll lead food safety and quality management for plant-based alternatives and eggs across European suppliers, driving supplier compliance and performance improvements. Your work ensures safe, high-quality products reach customers, with opportunities to travel and influence cross-cultural teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct on-site supplier audits in Europe for compliance.
• Lead onboarding of new suppliers and products.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives to reduce complaints.
• Manage supplier performance metrics and CAPA.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Food Safety/Quality Management in food industry.
• Experience auditing to GFSI standards (BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000).
• Solid understanding of EU food safety legislation.
• Willingness to travel ~20% in Europe.

• Experience in multi-market organizations.
• Production or supply chain experience.
