You'll support Project Managers on NFL marketing campaigns, coordinating post-production tasks and communicating with all relevant departments. Your core impact will be managing budgets, invoices, and project documentation to keep campaigns on track.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers on league marketing campaign work.
• Review, code, authorize, and submit invoices, timecards, and expenses.
• Manage tracked client requests and ensure timely routing.
• Coordinate creative and technical requests across internal teams.

📋 Requirements

• College degree in Media, Business, or Project Management.
• 1-2 years of professional office experience.
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Teams.
• Client handling experience and strong organizational skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1-3 years of production and post-production experience.
• Experience with budgeting and scheduling.
