💼 About This Role
You'll own the global rollout of revenue methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message. Your work will embed a shared revenue language across Sales and Post-Sales, driving consistent deal execution and accelerating revenue growth. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, systems, and change management.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own the strategy and roadmap for MEDDPICC and CoM adoption
- Design scalable training programs and coaching sessions
- Partner with RevOps to embed methodologies into CRM workflows
- Conduct audits of deal quality and methodology application
📋 Requirements
- 6–8+ years in revenue enablement or sales leadership in B2B SaaS
- Deep expertise in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
- Proven success improving win rates and deal velocity
- Experience embedding methodologies into CRM systems
