🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of backend engineers

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing engineers
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Experience with backend systems in Java, Kotlin, or similar
• Experience in systems design in high-throughput or regulated environments
