You'll manage day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, maintain accurate and confidential employee records, and assist with annual open enrollment for a hybrid-remote team.

• Administer employee benefit programs daily

• Educate employees on health benefit enrollment
• Assist with wellness initiatives and open enrollment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5 years of experience in a comparable role
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
• High technical proficiency across multiple systems
