💼 About This Role

You'll provide direct patient care in patients' homes as part of a supportive home health agency recognized as a Top Workplace. You'll develop foundational nursing skills and gain experience with high-acuity procedures like PICC lines and wound vacs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on patient care including wound care, tube management, and IV therapy
• Implement and document care plans under the direction of the Case Manager RN
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis and self-care techniques
• Participate in weekly case conferences and on-call duties by rotation

📋 Requirements

• One year of recent nursing experience
• Current California RN license
• Current BLS card
• Valid CA driver's license with acceptable driving record
