You'll lead the full invoice-to-cash cycle for a fast-growing AI-powered CLM SaaS company, ensuring seamless billing and payment processes. You'll serve as the key contact for customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with efficiency. This role offers exposure across Sales, Legal, and Finance in a tech-forward environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate and review customer invoices for accuracy.
• Manage intake and application of customer payments in NetSuite.
• Serve as primary contact for billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding balances and manage the dunning process.
• Maintain accurate customer records in NetSuite.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas).
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Experience with NetSuite is a strong plus.
• Interest in leveraging AI to automate tasks.
