Description

As a Key Holder, you will support store goals in customer service, operations, and loss prevention, assisting managers with merchandising, inventory, and employee development tasks. You'll help maintain a positive customer experience and drive sales through clienteling and data capture.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work varied shifts and stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Responsibilities

• Protect customer experience and achieve clienteling goals
• Maximize personal sales and assist with conflict resolution
• Support management in training new associates
• Supervise sales floor in manager's absence
• Handle opening/closing procedures and inventory preparations
