You will support the scheduling and workflow preparation team in Richen. Your tasks include production planning, checking manufacturing documents, coordinating work steps across departments, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Professional experience in an industrial company
• Good knowledge of SAP: planned orders, production orders, master data
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good German and negotiation-level English

Responsibilities

• Production planning for series production and project business
• Maintenance and checking of manufacturing documents (work plans, work instructions)
• Coordination of work steps between production, quality management, sales, purchasing, and development
• Optimization of inventory balancing and quantity planning
• Support for capacity and resource planning, and process optimization
