Description

As an Operations Partner at Bird, you will manage the logistics of e-scooters and e-bikes in Edmonton, including collecting, charging, deploying, and relocating vehicles. This independent contractor role offers flexible pay-per-task compensation with high earning potential, and you can choose between charging vehicles yourself or dropping them at our warehouse.

Requirements

• Access to a van or truck suitable for transporting multiple scooters/bikes
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Strong knowledge of Edmonton's geography

Responsibilities

• Collect, deploy, relocate, and retrieve e-scooters and e-bikes using your vehicle
• Charge vehicles overnight at your own facility or transport to Bird warehouse
• Manage end-to-end operations of your assigned portfolio
• Perform light field maintenance and safety checks
• Problem-solve in real-time to prioritize tasks and navigate geography
