Description
You will own the end-to-end workforce strategy and execution for Support teams at SeatGeek, including forecasting, modeling, staffing, and scheduling. You'll lead a distributed team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and use data storytelling to influence senior stakeholders, ensuring the right resources meet the needs of fans, brokers, and clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Workforce Management experience including forecasting, modeling, scheduling, reporting for customer support
- 5+ years in a people management role managing remote teams
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with WFM tools (e.g., Playvox, Verint, Assembled)
- Excellent data modeling and analysis skills
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end workforce strategy and execution for Support
- Lead and develop a distributed team of workforce analysts and specialists
- Create and improve workforce models for internal and BPO teams
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize WFM tools, processes, and policies
- Serve as workforce subject-matter expert using data storytelling to influence stakeholders
