Description

You will own the end-to-end workforce strategy and execution for Support teams at SeatGeek, including forecasting, modeling, staffing, and scheduling. You'll lead a distributed team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and use data storytelling to influence senior stakeholders, ensuring the right resources meet the needs of fans, brokers, and clients.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Workforce Management experience including forecasting, modeling, scheduling, reporting for customer support
  • 5+ years in a people management role managing remote teams
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with WFM tools (e.g., Playvox, Verint, Assembled)
  • Excellent data modeling and analysis skills

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end workforce strategy and execution for Support
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of workforce analysts and specialists
  • Create and improve workforce models for internal and BPO teams
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize WFM tools, processes, and policies
  • Serve as workforce subject-matter expert using data storytelling to influence stakeholders
