You'll provide hands-on technical support to customers integrating APIs on a usage-based billing platform, acting as a key bridge between customers and engineering. This role offers exposure to API-driven systems and observability tools in a high-growth SaaS environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on technical support for API integration and troubleshooting.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues using observability and diagnostic tools.
- Manage escalations through ticketing systems and communicate with engineering.
- Develop internal tools and scripts to improve support workflows.
- Contribute to knowledge base and technical documentation.
๐ Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or B2B SaaS support.
- Strong ability to debug and triage issues in complex software environments.
- Solid understanding of APIs and ability to explain technical concepts.
- Experience writing scripts using APIs and functional knowledge of SQL.

- Programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or Ruby.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or startup environments.
- Prior experience creating technical documentation.
