You'll provide hands-on technical support to customers integrating APIs on a usage-based billing platform, acting as a key bridge between customers and engineering. This role offers exposure to API-driven systems and observability tools in a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Provide hands-on technical support for API integration and troubleshooting.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues using observability and diagnostic tools.
  • Manage escalations through ticketing systems and communicate with engineering.
  • Develop internal tools and scripts to improve support workflows.
  • Contribute to knowledge base and technical documentation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or B2B SaaS support.
  • Strong ability to debug and triage issues in complex software environments.
  • Solid understanding of APIs and ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Experience writing scripts using APIs and functional knowledge of SQL.

  • Programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or Ruby.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or startup environments.
  • Prior experience creating technical documentation.
