You will lead the Audience Analytics team to strengthen data-led products and services, evolving client's audience-first approach across media buys. You'll leverage proprietary data assets to generate insights, develop audience strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of data's role in media planning, activation, and measurement
  • Experience with SQL/Python/R and data mining
  • Team management experience
  • Proven experience in data-driven insights and digital media analytics
  • Knowledge of ad tech and biddable media ecosystem (search, social, programmatic)

  • Guide team of Managers to develop audience and data capabilities
  • Leverage agency data assets to generate insights via descriptive/exploratory statistics
  • Develop audience analyses through modeling and analytic efforts
  • Lead closed-loop audience measurement solutions
  • Collaborate with Client Solutions to develop audience learning agenda and KPIs
