💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and development of comprehensive learning programs for a global sales enablement team, translating complex cybersecurity concepts into compelling experiences. You'll own the full instructional design lifecycle and collaborate with subject matter experts to build a best-in-class enablement content engine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop learning programs across multiple modalities.
• Conduct training needs analyses and recommend learning interventions.
• Produce high-quality learning assets using authoring tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• Expertise in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Experience with LMS platforms (MindTickle preferred).
• Proven ability to design for technical sales audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cybersecurity topics.
• Familiarity with ADDIE, SAM or similar design frameworks.
• Knowledge of cognitive load theory and learning science.
