You'll own the production journey for customers scaling AI workloads on Nebius infrastructure, acting as a trusted partner between engineering and customer success. Your core impact is ensuring customers transition from PoC to production reliably and cost-efficiently. This role combines deep technical ownership with customer advocacy at a cutting-edge AI cloud company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer transition from proof-of-concept to production.
• Monitor and improve workload performance, cost, and reliability.
• Act as primary technical contact for production incidents.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Infrastructure teams.

📋 Requirements

• Solid understanding of cloud or infrastructure systems.
• Experience with distributed systems or high-load applications.
• Direct customer-facing experience with technical teams.
• Strong sense of ownership — driving outcomes, not just tasks.
