You'll lead HSE management systems for construction projects at Nox Group, a rapidly growing industrial enterprise. Your core impact will be ensuring site safety and compliance, fostering a culture of health and well-being. This role offers the opportunity to shape safety programs across multiple projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement project-specific HSE management systems and plans.
• Provide technical and behavioral leadership for HSE on assigned projects.
• Conduct HSE training and ensure proper tracking of training records.
• Lead incident investigations, including causal analysis and reporting.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of construction HSE experience.
• At least 2 years in an HSE leadership role.
• Experience with craft activities like electrical, welding, crane, rigging.
• Capable of managing HSE for projects with up to 750 employees.

✨ Nice to Have

• CHST, OHST, ASP, or CSD certification.
• Path to obtain CSP, SMS, or MSP certification.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
