Requirements

• 5+ years in analytical roles in operations or process optimization
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong critical thinking and ability to handle unstructured problems
• Self-starter with strong sense of ownership
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive dashboards for first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile logistics operations
• Drive promise delivery date (PDD) improvements and enhance customer experience
• Analyze large datasets to identify root causes and propose data-driven solutions
• Establish and track KPIs, delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders
• Lead data simulations for new initiatives to support decision-making
