💼 About This Role

You'll provide strategic oversight of accounting and financial management for DoD programs at a woman-owned consulting firm. Your work ensures compliance with federal regulations and fiscal accountability for mission-critical operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic oversight of accounting, audit, and financial management operations
• Ensure compliance with DoD financial regulations, FAR, and GAAP
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost estimates, and financial reports
• Lead internal audit processes and coordinate with external auditors

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and audit experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA credential
• Knowledge of DoD financial management systems and regulations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA)
• Master's degree in related field
• Experience with ERP systems like GFEBS or DEAMS
