You'll join a mission-driven sales team improving technical hiring with CoderPad. Your core impact is breaking into key accounts through outbound prospecting and value-based selling, driving the CoderPad value proposition for a book of target accounts.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Break into key target accounts through outbound prospecting
- Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Success on intent-based opportunities
- Establish a trusted advisor/consultant approach with prospects
- Achieve pre-defined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
📋 Requirements
- 2-4 years+ in SaaS sales positions
- At least 2 years as an Account Executive
- Hunter mindset & entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficiency with SalesForce CRM
