You'll join a mission-driven sales team improving technical hiring with CoderPad. Your core impact is breaking into key accounts through outbound prospecting and value-based selling, driving the CoderPad value proposition for a book of target accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Break into key target accounts through outbound prospecting
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Success on intent-based opportunities
  • Establish a trusted advisor/consultant approach with prospects
  • Achieve pre-defined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets

📋 Requirements

  • 2-4 years+ in SaaS sales positions
  • At least 2 years as an Account Executive
  • Hunter mindset & entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proficiency with SalesForce CRM
