You'll drive user growth and engagement across Sleeper's sports platform, working on paid acquisition, influencer marketing, and creative testing. You'll analyze performance metrics to inform strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to scale campaigns from small tests to multi-million-dollar budgets and have real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and test video, image, and text creatives across paid and organic channels
• Build, optimize, and scale paid acquisition and influencer campaigns
• Support affiliate program outreach and creator partnerships
• Analyze conversion and retention metrics to inform growth strategy

📋 Requirements

• Self-starter with bias toward action and experimentation
• Creative and analytical with strong cost-vs-impact judgment
• Experience managing and scaling paid marketing budgets
• Passion for sports and understanding of fantasy sports or Sleeper Picks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with paid acquisition, content marketing, or influencer partnerships
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau, Amplitude, or similar
• Basic design skills (Figma a plus)
