You'll own the infrastructure, reliability, and developer experience for our platform. You'll lead and scale a small, high-impact squad into a mature function delivering world-class availability and operational excellence. This is a greenfield opportunity to shape the technical foundation for our next growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and manage AWS environment for scalability and cost efficiency
• Define platform SLIs/SLOs and improve incident response
• Own platform security posture and drive automation
• Build developer experience with internal platforms and CI/CD
• Hire, mentor, and grow the platform engineering team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, containerization, and CI/CD
• 4+ years leading and scaling platform teams
• Proven track record designing reliability programs (SLIs/SLOs, incident management)
• Experience with security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI-DSS) in SaaS/fintech
