Description

You will support a technology team and lead the coordination and delivery of engineering-focused initiatives that improve performance, support build processes, and enable game features at scale. Working with partners in North America, you'll drive development from conception to delivery, ensuring the team is set up for success at every stage.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Technical Producer, Project Manager or similar in software or game development
• Experience with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading teams through all feature development phases
• Experience applying Agile and Lean processes such as Scrum or Kanban

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production for cross-functional engineering and technical art team
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and milestone execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on goals
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery of high-quality tools and features
• Communicate clearly with partners in multiple time zones and unblock dependencies
