Description

You will manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, handling affiliate communications, reporting, recruitment, data analysis, and account maintenance while collaborating with your manager and peers to maximize program performance and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluency in either French, Italian or Spanish
• 1-2 years of experience; background in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing beneficial
• Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formatting, etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus
• Ability to travel when necessary

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client and affiliate communications, including creative newsletters and updates
• Develop relationships with clients and partners to understand their goals and objectives
• Utilize Excel to produce reports, track performance, and analyze data
• Summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations
• Own and manage client tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met
• Manage multiple affiliate campaigns and prioritize tasks
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide proactive support
• Collaborate with peers and management to contribute ideas for process improvements and training
