🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and scale analytics capabilities aligned with company priorities
• Build scalable pipelines and data models for self-service analytics
• Design and interpret experiments to optimize growth and product outcomes
• Support data quality, governance, and best practices across systems

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in data and analytics roles
• Strong SQL skills and fluency in modern data platforms (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow)
• Skilled in experimentation design and statistical analysis
• Excellent communicator who can distill complex data concepts for stakeholders
