You'll deliver expert hair color and care services at Madison Reed's Hair Color Bar, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. You'll help guests find their perfect shade and build lasting relationships. This role offers competitive hourly pay plus commissions and tips.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide consultations and all services on the menu to guest satisfaction.
• Attend to guest needs and help select best products and color.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist in a salon.
• Effective communication and problem solving in fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
