Revenue Enablement Onboarding Program Manager

Description

You will own the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of how new sales talent ramps at Hightouch. You'll design world-class onboarding experiences, coach new hires, measure success with KPIs, and partner with sales leadership to accelerate time-to-productivity.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or frontline sales management
  • Proven experience designing and facilitating onboarding programs for B2B SaaS sales teams
  • Track record of coaching individual contributors with measurable performance improvements
  • Experience with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, etc.)
  • Strong facilitation and data-driven approach to program optimization

Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate sales onboarding bootcamps including multi-day in-person cohort weeks
  • Deliver training on product, sales methodology, competitive positioning, and messaging
  • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with new hires to accelerate ramp
  • Define and track onboarding metrics like time-to-first-meeting and ramp attainment
  • Partner with product marketing and sales leadership to align onboarding with current priorities
