💼 About This Role

You'll lead a field sales team to drive EDC device adoption in the oil & gas vertical at Paytm. You'll manage merchant onboarding and transaction growth across petrol pumps and distributors. This role offers ownership of channel partnerships and a chance to shape India's digital payment ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a field sales team of 5+ members
• Drive EDC machine sales and deployment at oil & gas outlets
• Build and maintain channel partner relationships
• Monitor daily productivity and incentive earnings

📋 Requirements

• Graduate (mandatory) plus 3+ years in channel sales & distribution
• Proven experience leading field sales teams
• Smartphone, bike, and helmet for field travel
• EDC/POS device sales experience preferred
