You'll manage the full sales cycle for UserGems' AI-powered go-to-market platform, prospecting and acquiring mid-market customers. Your core impact will be building a book of business by selling to sales and marketing leaders, with strong support from a marketing team also measured by revenue. You'll join a remote-first, fast-growing startup backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Articulate value proposition and influence buying decisions
• Own buyer relationship and build book of business
• Partner with marketing to target accounts

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years in a comparable sales role with quota attainment
• Experience selling to VP-level and above
• Comfortable leading business value and ROI conversations
• Firm grasp of SaaS sales best practices
