You'll lead a team of Implementation Analysts/Consultants deploying OpenGov's cloud platform for local governments. Your core impact is ensuring on-time, high-quality implementations while mentoring technical problem-solving. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Implementation Analysts/Consultants
• Oversee data requirements gathering, platform configuration, and training
• Support troubleshooting of data formatting, system logic, and workflows
• Track team utilization, delivery metrics, and project portfolio health

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of project delivery experience in a SaaS setting
• Prior experience in a people management role
• Experience working with customers at all organizational levels
• Strong Excel skills including v-lookup, pivot tables, and data formatting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience delivering training or support in government/regulated environments
• Experience with government budgeting, procurement, or asset management
• Bachelor's degree
