You'll own the end-to-end performance marketing engine for a fast-growing B2B company, driving enterprise lead generation through AI-powered workflows and experimentation. This fully remote role across Europe and Latin America blends growth marketing, product marketing, and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and operate end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across channels.
• Drive enterprise lead generation focusing on pipeline quality and conversion.
• Design, test, and iterate growth hypotheses independently with data.
• Build and maintain automated marketing workflows using APIs and platforms.

📋 Requirements

• Performance marketing or growth marketing experience with full campaign ownership.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Ability to generate and optimize B2B or enterprise leads.
• Strong analytical mindset with experiment design and data interpretation skills.
