💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate the deployment and communication of new tools, processes, and capabilities across the manufacturing engineering department. You'll be the glue connecting product-aligned teams to the automation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge defense hardware in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor project tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress
• Generate detailed Gantt chart schedules for cross-functional alignment
• Facilitate communication among automation and product teams
• Develop standardized documentation templates and presentation frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years professional experience as a project or program coordinator
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Highly organized, resourceful, with attention to detail
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of Confluence/JIRA, SharePoint, and Airtable
