💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate the statewide launch of a behavioral health initiative for the Kentucky Department for Public Health, expanding EmPATH units, mobile crisis teams, and telebehavioral health. You'll serve as the central execution partner on the A3 Transformation Team, translating the Rural Health Transformation Program's vision into on-the-ground impact. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape crisis care in rural Kentucky.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across pilot sites and regions
• Assist with pilot site selection, training logistics, and stakeholder onboarding
• Facilitate communication among hospitals, EMS, and state agencies
• Support data collection and reporting of program metrics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, or related field
• 3+ years' experience in program coordination or behavioral health initiatives
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with state-level health transformation or CMS demonstration projects
