💼 About This Role

You'll be the face of Curaleaf, helping customers explore cannabis products and delivering top-tier service. You'll build trust, recommend items, and handle purchases in a fast-paced retail environment. Open availability including evenings and weekends is required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests warmly to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock levels.
• Support inventory tasks like restocking and fulfilling online orders.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Minimum 6 months of POS and cash handling experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.

✨ Nice to Have

• Sales experience with KPI tracking and meeting targets.
• Familiarity with e-commerce systems and order fulfillment.
• Previous experience in a regulated retail setting.
