As a Lifecycle Specialist, you will manage Time & Attendance activities for external employees and clients, ensuring legal compliance and an exceptional employee experience. You'll handle lifecycle events like leave and working hours, advise on employment legislation, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills
- Advanced proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
- Tech-savvy with async collaboration tools (Notion, Slack, Zendesk, G-suite)
- Understanding of AI applications in operations and automation
