🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and run scaled, higher-touch programs for ~600 top mid-market creators.
• Design email series, newsletters, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Host office hours and create 1:many programming touchpoints.
• Identify when creators need personalized support and step in.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in creator success, partnerships, or community management.
• Experience building scaled programs or lifecycle email campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong written communication skills for personalized outreach at scale.
• Fluency with CRM and outreach tools like Salesforce or Airtable.
