You'll deliver high-quality interventions for K-5 students in an urban charter school network. You'll help families overcome obstacles to keep students on the path to college. This role offers a chance to work in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and social history evaluations
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Serve as liaison to social service agencies and community
• Complete 504 plans and monitor accommodations

📋 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Licensure as a Social Worker by DC OSSE
• Commitment to working with underserved students
• Pass a criminal background check

✨ Nice to Have

• Two years of Social Work experience
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Experience in an urban public school
