• Develop enterprise supplier negotiation strategies across commercial and government bases
• Own material availability strategy aligning with engineering changes and production schedules
• Lead high-value supplier negotiations including pricing, lead time, and capacity commitments
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Engineering, Planning, and Program Management

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of progressive management experience leading procurement or supply chain teams
• Experience operating in both commercial and defense supply chain environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FAR/DFARS requirements
• ERP implementation experience (Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM)
• AS9100 or CPSR audit readiness
