Description

You will design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions for customer engineering, product, and marketing teams using Contentful Personalization. You lead technical discovery, enable customer teams, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to reduce implementation risk and accelerate time to value.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation with production experience
• Hands-on technical skills for implementing personalization in composable architectures
• Experience with audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement
• Ability to design and deliver technical implementations using Contentful Personalization
• Enterprise experience with performance, scalability, reliability, security, and privacy

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of personalization and experimentation programs including audience strategies, decisioning models, and experimentation frameworks
• Design scalable personalization strategies with guardrails for global, multi-brand deployments
• Architect and implement hands-on solutions using Contentful Personalization including user identification, audience evaluation, and content delivery
• Integrate with enterprise platforms such as CDPs (Segment, Tealium, mParticle), CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics), and analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics)
• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer readiness and translate requirements into detailed technical designs
