💼 About This Role

You'll lead all aspects of employee relations cases at Palantir, a world-changing company building software for data-driven decisions. Your work will directly support lifesaving drug development, supply chain forecasting, and more. This hybrid role in New York allows you to shape people-focused programs and drive data-driven solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own employee relations cases from intake to resolution
• Conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports
• Develop policies, training, and data-driven solutions
• Partner with People Partners and Employment Counsel

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in employee relations or HRBP role
• Validated knowledge of US & UK employment laws
• Experience conducting workplace investigations
• Excellent written communication for investigation reports

✨ Nice to Have

• International employment law background
• Experience building Employee Relations processes
• Background in tech sector or sales organizations
