🎯 What You'll Do

  • Resolve end-user issues with laptops, phones, A/V, and printers.
  • Manage support tickets via Jira Service Management and Slack.
  • Administer SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
  • Onboard/offboard employees by provisioning accounts and devices.

  • 2+ years of technical support or desktop support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Atlassian administration.
  • Skills in A/V equipment and basic networking support.

  • Experience with MDM tools (Intune, JumpCloud, Jamf).
  • Familiarity with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
